Yogurt Cake

This cake was first made for me by my French exchange partner when I was 16. It is super easy to make and uses ingredients that you are most likely to already have. You use the yogurt container as your measuring  cup.

Gateau au Yaourt
Preheat oven to 325
Grease  a 9' round cake pan

2 (100g) yogurts (plain or flavoured works)
2 (100g) flour
2 (100g) sugar
1/2 yogurt cup of oil
3 eggs

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until creamy. Turn into a cake pan and bake for about 30 mins or until a nice golden brown. Do the toothpick test for doneness.
